A terrific ensemble enjoying themselves with great material.
What I didn't like
Because accents were varied from person to person and inconsistent (at times dropped altogether) the characters didn’t always feel cohesive as an ensemble.
- Had no idea what purpose the cockeny maid served. She wasn’t needed.
- The “butler” sometimes yelled/shrieked lines so loudly and quickly that the words were lost.
- Not sure I loved the idea of a gay character so delusional about being in love with a straight man they killed 3 women over it. I get that it’s farce and the absurdity of it allows for more leeway with that kind of thing. It was well performed and I was lauging, but there was just a little bit of ick.
