The costuming, the DJ tracks, the dancing, the performances, the writing. All of it works so beautifully together to build this surreal reality, and its and absolute joy to take in. I also didn’t expect as much contact with the audience as there was, and I loved it. Clearly two very skilled comedic actors bringing the best of what they have to offer. Their chemistry was also through the roof! The timing, the shared looks, and in those moments of improv with the audience, always on the same page and playing well together. Such a treat!
What I didn't like
Don’t change a thing!!
My overall impression
Holy shit, this show is fun! The dancing (or dance fitnessing) is strikingly good. The characters are so clear and stunningly flawed, leading to so much comedy, which the writing lifts beautifully. One of the weirdest shows I’ve seen this year, and it delivered in every way.
