What I liked

I just want to give a shout out to an accessible location. As a mobility impaired person, being able to actually get in and out of a site so easily is a breath of fresh air.

Now on to the production. The production team and actors made great use of a minimalistic stage set up. The characters had such a beautiful connection with each other. Mr. Donado and Ms. Agolosove took Ms. Barraza’s writing and made it personally their own. The subject of grief is never an easy one, however this play respectfully handles it with a sense of sadness, kindness and laughter all in one short hour. Bravo!

What I didn't like

I understand the time restraints (setting up, performing, then immediately striking the show so the next production can load) but part of me just wishes they had a little more play time. A few times it felt rushed.

My overall impression

Wonderful, thought provoking show. Gives us pause to think about how friendship and grief can intersect plus the depth of both those feelings.
