The writing is top notch. The dialogue feels natural and grounded and the story flows in a way that is well-paced. The performances feel lived-in and entirely authentic. It tackles heavier themes without ever feeling morose and manages to have genuine moments of levity without tonal inconsistency.
What I didn't like
If anything, the play could be a little longer so that we can settle in certain emotional moments for a bit more time.
My overall impression
A must-see play with a tightly written script and fantastic performances. It is equal parts heartfelt, funny, and bittersweet. A powerful piece on the subject of friendship.
