What I liked
I loved the interactive slideshow concept and the pacing.
What I didn't like
We were sitting in the back and there were a few moments toward the end of the show when Barbie is prostrating that it was hard to see her and I feel like we lost some of that final emotional impact.
My overall impression
Barbie Smith was a rollercoaster — what started as a hilarious caricature full of one liners turned into a deeper and darker satire of a woman’s place in this world. Truly stunning performance by Yamini and I can’t wait to see Barbie in her next venue!
