I like how accurate the play portrayed the environment of working on a Vertical short film set. Not only did it captured the work culture, but it gave me a perspective of how the lead actresses are treated as well, such as being told the food they could and could not eat. I also love how the play talks about how these vertical short films are setting Asian Americans back 500 years. Dionysius really spoke up about how much these short films creates an objectifying way of portraying women and how we should be doing better as artists in LA. That part stood out to me the most. Other than that, I thought the acting was top notch as well. I loved the tantrum that the client, Yinou, gave at the end. It was hilarious to watch.
What I didn't like
It terms of improvement, I don’t think there is anything I can think of. It was just that good.
My overall impression
It was an amazing show! I enjoyed every moment of it.
