What I liked
I especially liked the “soap box” moments in which each character vents their own frustration and viewpoint from within their roles on set. Also each vignette trailer for the vertical stories were hilarious and scarily accurate… You’ll just have to see it for yourself.

My overall impression
The Vertical managed to simultaneously transport me into the magical world of live theater and the un-magical world of verticals. Both comedic and painful, the plays commentary on the current plight of the “working actor” is executed in both hilarity and realism.
