Adam Smith makes interactive theatre that’s never the same twice. A Neo-Futurist alum (NY & SF), he has spent two decades making work that’s funny, honest, and gone the second it’s over.
Recent shows include:
+ RERUN (creator): an absurd competition show based on classic television.
+ Play about a Woman (creator): an award-winning show starring whoever shows up.
+ Should We Spend Our Lives Together? (co-devised): a show where Chloe Badner attempts to date, marry, and grow old with an audience member who gets the vibe just right.
He also teaches directors, artists, clowns, and other weirdos how to bring choice, chance, and controlled chaos into their work.
