What I liked
I loved the character work, the energy of the piece, and the way it all flowed together seamlessly. There was a steady rhythm to the pacing and direction that held the audience from beginning to end. There were so many moments in the show that spoke to me on a deep level. I felt simultaneously taken on a ride, and taken care of, as an audience member.

My overall impression
This piece was so beautifully written and performed by Anwar Ali. I instantly felt connected to the characters, the themes of grief, and the pure love and hard work that was clearly put into this piece. I’m so grateful I got to see it—it’s a performance I will continue to think about and hope to see in many future iterations.
