What I liked

The mix of comedy and tragedy hits and gives you what you come to live theater for. It’s not easy to create a work during our times about our times and this one has. From the pressures of politics to social media and everything in between, a generation can feel heard in this pice and performance. What is often not said aloud with such clarity and vulnerability is given voice by this playwright and performer.

What I didn't like

I’d love to see this work expanded into a larger and longer production.

My overall impression

I was captivated the entire time. The actress was full of presence and her wit pulls you in and then stings you with something deep poetic and darkly true. Truly a vulnerable personal story that rings true with relatability. It’s not easy to create a work during our times about our times and this one has. From the pressures of politics to social media and everything in between, a generation can feel heard in this pice and performance. What is often not said aloud with such clarity and vulnerability is given voice by this playwright and performer.
