There was a lot that I adored! Destiny’s ability to draw the audience in from her first lines and spoken word poetry, her weaving of humor and heartache, and how, without the presence of another body on stage, she had me imaging each of her friends, loved ones, and roommate were in the room or nearby were all great feats. The storytelling really stood out as well as her beautiful singing voice and the sheer immense talent.
What I didn't like
N/A Would love to see this as a feature, more people should definitely see this!
My overall impression
Heartfelt, funny, thoughtful, and immensely poignant! Destiny Faith tells a story of the very real off days (the seriously off days) of life in a touching, sharp witted manner that left me moved and more than a little teary eyed.
