Deeply relatable on a human-level. I saw Destiny’s inner life clearly and saw my own inner life reflected back to me, the kind of triumph only the most personal art is capable of.
What I didn't like
A few minor technical snafus, including moments when Destiny moved outside her light, but nothing to interrupt how much I enjoyed the performance and story unfolding onstage.
My overall impression
Everything a solo-show should be: charming, heartwarming, hilarious one moment and heartrending the next. This is Fringe theatre at its absolute best.
