What I liked
Destiny is a fantastic writer who deftly switched between storytelling while directly speaking to the audience, scene work with herself and off stage (imaginary) characters and beautifully written and performed spoken word. She also used video in a way that added to the storytelling.
What I didn't like
At times, it was a little hard to hear.
My overall impression
Relatable, funny and moving! The End Of The World is a hilarious and impactful dark comedy dealing with such topics as suicide and the hopelessness and overwhelm brought on by these turbulent times. Destiny is not only skilled at breaching these topics through humor but does so in such a creative way using video, music, spoken word and by playing different characters. You will laugh, you will tear up and you will be inspired.
