What I liked

The show was SUPER effective and clever in the dialogue, it was very written, well thought out, and curated to be interactive. I personally felt like an active participant in the show. Handing out popcorn in the middle of the play (no spoilers!) was such a nice touch.

What I didn't like

For me, the sound effects on the text back and forth was a bit too loud. The dialogue at the end is a bit too low, and it was difficult to hear from where I was sitting. This could be just me.

My overall impression

An endearing and touching play about the things we face in our current world. The main character, Desiree, is charming yet heartbreaking in her journey to grasp and surrender to the pain she’s endured. While the play carries some dark themes, it remains resolute in its heartfelt quality to connect us at a time when the world feels heavy, and give us hope when it feels impossible.
