A true story that took me back to my own 80s childhood. So reminiscent of a different time but so relevant and heartfelt even now.
How Dana weaves the story together is so clever and how something so deeply sad can also feel so uplifting. Truly a masterpiece!
What I didn't like
NOTHING. Perhaps the audience being a second quicker to get into the long standing ovation that she so well deserved!
My overall impression
We laughed until we cried and cried until we laughed. Cannot stop thinking about her story, equally as masterful as her delivery and her incredible ability to bring different characters to life.
