What I liked

The beauty of the storytelling, the bits that were sad come through with a twinkle in the eye, the humor had everyone laughing and smiling throughout the rest, the impersonations of the other characters were fantastic, and it just felt so well crafted. Bonus points for the scarce but clever and well timed use of lighting and visuals and sound.

What I didn't like

Not much, it was near perfect

My overall impression

Absolutely brilliant writing and performance. Went in with no idea what to expect and couldn’t have been happier. It rides the line between howling laughter and teary eyed sentimentality masterfully.

It recounts the story about growing up with and losing a father who is a real character to say the least. There’s plenty to dive into for everyone. Not a wasted moment and you feel more alive just for being there. 10/10 show.
