What I liked
The acting is superb. The writing balances the familiar stories of marvel with the much more human tales of the men and women behind the masks. The minimal set allows for an appropriate emphasis on the performances and the costume design adds another layer to the story being told.

My overall impression
This is a nuanced and complex look at the men who created some of the most recognizable characters in modern times. It deals with the interactions of art and commerce as well as the drawbacks to letting people create the legends of thier own lives.
