What I liked
The cast really delivered and then some. Everyone brought their A-game and made the characters feel lived in. They also had great chemistry with each other making their relationships feel real.
What I didn't like
I’d love to see a longer version of the show as some of the emotional beats with Stan and Jack’s wives seemed a bit condensed due to the 90 minute limit. Would also love to see more of Stan Lee’s struggle with who he is Stanley vs Stan Lee. This show has the best problem, I want to see it expanded!
My overall impression
The Men Who Drew the Universe is an incredibly well produced show that marvels (pun intended) with its fantastic cast. With a well tuned, engaging, and entertaining script and great direction, its some of the fastest 90 minutes I’ve ever experienced. Make sure to check it out!
