This is a nuanced and complex look at the men who created some of the most recognizable characters in modern times. It deals with the interactions of art and commerce as well as the drawbacks to letting people create the legends of thier own lives....

This is a great little play and feels like it was personally built for me. As someone who worked in the comics industry for 22 years and has been a life-long fan, this is a story I am familiar with. What Joshua does well is distill it down to its essence and share with you both the legends and the truth about what really happened.
It's well directed, traversing a long period of time with brief moments of fourth-wall breaking that feels natural.

A must-see for fans of comic book history, or just fans of great acting and writing! Seeing the Marvel bullpen brought to life was a nerd's dream come true! Surprisingly touching, and a fascinating exploration about the nature of authorship and creativity. You don't even need to know anything about comic books to enjoy this show. It's a remarkable accomplishment and an amazing night out at the theater. Josh Chamberlain is a real talent....

Razor sharp. This show is ready to move into production onto a bigger stage right now. Josh is a titan of writing and directing. One of the very best things I've seen in general in a very long time. On par with other shows being produced around town. This is a cannot-miss show. Masterfully told, produced, and performed. ...

My favorite play I’ve seen this Fringe Fest, so far. It deftly captures the circumstances, the men and the moments that created the new American mythology of the modern superhero, both larger than life, and with feet of clay that continue to resonate world wide with millions. ...
