What I liked
I loved the deliberate and effective realization of this far-flung future onstage. The characters and situation felt fully grounded despite the use of future technology and other elements that don’t exist in current day. And I really loved the writing and acting of both main characters. They were elevated from archetype into real people I cared about.

My overall impression
Tense and full of feeling, an anatomy of a relationship told through a genre I don’t see enough in theater — sci-fi. Gripping acting kept me on the edge of my seat. Written beautifully and naturally. Complex, complete characters I truly cared about from the jump. Staging with the exact right blend of abstractions and physical props/set pieces. Big fan of this piece and would love to see more in this genre (from these creators) on the stage!!!!
