The writing is great, and Cara never obscures the emotional truth of the piece even though the show is primarily comedic. I really liked very much how truthful and open she was. I laughed a lot, but also felt like I learned a lot about Cara.

My overall impression
Cara is so funny and really herself onstage, I could watch her talk forever! She put a spotlight on a reality that too many women face, but one that is kept in the shadows by design of the men who perpetrate it as well as societal norms. All of which I learned about in the show! I could tell that the stories and dicks she shared with us were just the tip of the iceberg. A communal audience experience where we all felt like we could laugh and shriek and groan along at the dicks and stupid guys. there would be a feeling of “that’s so funny” directly next to and often at the same time as a feeling of “that’s so fucked up”, much like you might have in a really good catch up with a close friend.
