Some of the songs were “ready for their close-up!”
The story was sweet, and had genuine surprises.
What I didn't like
Opening show, so there were sound issues where I was seated for the first ten minutes, but cleared up quickly.
My overall impression
One of the best Fringe shows I’ve ever seen!
Not familiar with the source material, I was worried I wouldn’t get it, but that was no issue.
The songs were mostly very good, with a couple of WONDERFUL compositions.
Actual laugh-out-loud moments, solid performances, and a sweet message.
