The intimate, almost claustrophobic staging that immerses the actors and the audience in the slow moving tension of the moment as it builds towards its inevitable conclusion.
What I didn't like
Because the scene is set in a room where all four characters are trying to be quiet, the voices get a little muffled from time to time.
My overall impression
Just a terrific piece! An involving, engrossing and very surprising script brought to life by a masterful cast. A murder with historic consequence, literally changing the course of our nation, framed by the question of how are we all, on some level, complicit. One of the best fringe shows I’ve seen.
