Winston creates Fake News for The Party, joins in The Three Minutes
Hate along with everyone else, but secretly longs for the downfall of
Big Brother. He defies The Party by embarking on an affair with a co-
worker, Julia, an illegal act of Sex Crime.
Their inevitable arrest by The Thought Police leads to imprisonment,
torture, and mutual betrayal. But will Winston truly come to love Big
Brother?
