What I liked
The soundtrack was legendary, lowkey I might need that playlist please. Katherine tying in how her 11 year old self relates to this whole story creates a perfect inner foundation for the protagonist. The details recapping little things that happened in each season was a great addition, the little quirky quips that Katherine adds are so hilarious and endearing “that was Gus” – or “I know” after sharing heartfelt moments – she had the audience in the palm of her hand :)
What I didn't like
The only thing I can think of is that I was left wondering how much of the story was from ballykissangel and how much was Katherine’s design? I know the humor is all her, but was the overall plot the same in more ways than one? I’m assuming no – but perhaps more signaling how much of this is unique to Katherine’s writing and imagination versus the original show would allow for even more appreciation for her work :)

A masterpiece for yearners everywhere! My daydreaming lust loving y2k rom com craving little heart was overjoyed !!!!
