What I liked
I loved how unique this show was to Lissa. Every choice is imbued with her sense of humor and wonder. I really enjoyed how sweet this show is when it could be incredibly blue and vulgar. It reminded me that everything can be whatever you make it and need it to be, that comfort can come from surprising places.

My overall impression
The opportunity to live in the mind of Lissa Rivera, even for a short time is a ride worth taking. Out For Delivery is not simply a show, it’s an experience. Everything feels surprising, yet so intentional. The way that she treats her oddities with such care and love brings this wonderful meeting of absurdity and sincerity, that was a complete delight to watch. I recommend sitting as close as you can to the stage so you don’t miss any of the curated details that Lissa has thought up!
