What I liked
The performances were all incredible, with every performer showing insane amounts of range and physical commitment. The costumes and set decoration were unbelievable, beautifully made and designed, and I kept wondering how they loaded everything in before the show so quickly! The music was amazing, added so much to the storytelling. The writing was fantastic, mixing high brow with low brow, myth with circus, and hilarious comedy with genuine emotion. And of course the direction was visionary, so many moments made my jaw drop.
What I didn't like
Literally not a single thing.
My overall impression
This is the best thing I’ve ever seen, in any form of media or performance. Imaginative, engaging, hilarious, tender, unpredictable, hand-crafted, every element of this show went above and beyond what you’d expect from a play.
