Trickster

What I liked

The ensemble works well together as a unit. In scenes where they move together, they move as one. Each performer brings their own unique expression to the stage that conveys a novel angle on each trickster that surprises and delights.

What I didn't like

I don’t know that there was much here to be improved. Highly technical work from actors and director to create a super-cohesive and lovely piece. No issues for me.

My overall impression

A riotously funny mashup of creation and character-based myths, one after another of phenomenal hits, each with a unique take. There was an excellent compositional quality of aloof, silly fun followed by heartfelt, impactful narrative. Every actor onstage masters movement in a way that will surely leave your jaw on the floor.
