What I liked
I liked the way Cole brought an audience member into the narrative. Their role grew over the course of the show, creating some of the funniest and most memorable moments. It was a clever way to make the audience feel invested in what happened next.

My overall impression
Doofus takes aim at the absurdity of landlords through a character who is completely unexpected. Totally committed, high-energy, dumb, and fun, the show embraces its ridiculousness with confidence and never lets up. A delightfully silly piece of clowning.
