What I liked
You can see how close this story is to her heart. The journey from believing so completely in success to seeing some cracks in the system to – something else I don’t want to spoil – was deeply felt, with the anger at what these companies do to the world and to the people who work there still present in the work.
What I didn't like
I always feel weird filling out this section! It’s a work in progress show and feels like it’s still finding its tone and pacing. I hope it gets time to develop some more!
My overall impression
One woman’s journey through a corporate hierarchy where all is not as it seems, Emma’s show will be wincingly familiar to anyone who’s tried to win the unwinnable game that is working a desk job.
