What I liked
Emma is a phenomenal performer!! Not only is it a hilarious show, but there’s surprising amounts of depth to this character that really showcases a vibrant performer. There are a few more serious moments that really left me stunned at the acting here. It’s endlessly entertaining and bitingly funny, with a clear social commentary that is incredibly effective. I also won’t spoil it…but there’s some amazingly well-constructed costuming hidden in here too!
What I didn't like
There were some tech issues with the powerpoint / projector, and frankly the venue was also incredibly hot as the fans had to be turned off during the show to hear it, which was a bit distracting. The actual show itself though there isn’t anything that comes to mind.
My overall impression
SPACE COMPANY is a hilarious and surprisingly tense ride!! The performance is genuinely impeccable, and it’s such a quirky, fun world that will just have you wanting more!! You will literally never guess where this one goes, and that’s half the fun.
