If You're Watching This, I'm Dead.

My overall impression

There are a lot of things I could say about this play, and this performance. I have written reviews on many things: movies, art, food, and travel, and I have always leaned towards reviews that are practical for the reader (you). With that in mind, I will offer simply this:

I want to see this show AGAIN.

I want to THINK about the life that is presented in honesty and humor and humility and joy, AGAIN!

I want to feel it, and CELEBRATE IT as well, because it is inspiring!

I want to see THIS show, again.

Lisa Cole’s performance is enthralling. A one woman show with laughter, tears (yours), and fear,… the full range of a human life; authentic.

If you do not connect with this performance, and this character, then I recommend asking a nurse to check your pulse after the show,… because you may be the one who IS dead.
