Brendan Scannell: The Abyss

What I liked

Brendan is just simply put one of the best storytellers working today. He could make the advertisement inside a medicine pamphlet compelling, but luckily the material delves into is compelling, personal, and beautifully written, making it easy for him to shine his brightest in this production.

My overall impression

Brendan Scannell perfectly blends raw vulnerability and laugh out loud jokes in The Abyss. A triumph for the entire creative team, the themes and storytelling of Brendan’s one man show will stay with me long past the final blackout. Do not miss this show.
