About the Project
The Ume Group, an up-and-coming physical theatre ensemble hailed by New York critics for its “commanding, physically impressive performances” (The Village Voice) and “risky physical vulnerability” (nytheatre.com) is making it’s Hollywood debut!
Drawing largely on techniques from Japanese butoh dance, along with yoga and gymnastics, The Ume Group’s “Facet” presents a raw and profound view of what it means to be “fallen” “risen” and “one” with everything.
