What I liked
I’ve been learning ukulele for a couple of months now, and honestly, I love it, but I was struggling to find songs that are both beautiful and easy to play. I wanted something that would sound nice at family gatherings without being too complicated, because some songs I tried online were way over my head at first.
What I didn't like
Ukulele is one of those instruments where even simple songs can feel really rewarding if you just let yourself enjoy the process.
My overall impression
When I started, I focused on simple chords and just having fun, and one of my favorite songs to practice was somewhere over the rainbow ukulele chords. They are gentle, sound magical, and practicing it slowly really helped me get comfortable switching chords without getting frustrated. Honestly, sometimes just strumming a few chords and singing along feels amazing, and I’ve realized that you don’t need to play perfectly to enjoy it.
