Suzannah is wildly talented. She’s super funny, super silly, and deeply vulnerable all at once. The show is full of unpredictable turns but I was all in from the first moment. It’s a chaotic and charming ride and she pulls it off with total ease.
What I didn't like
It could use a bit of a trim. Some stories and moments land harder than others, and I found myself wanting a clearer sense that the opening moment with the chocolate was what everything was circling back to in the end. The themes and sense of character are strong, but the connective tissue could be a touch tighter.
My overall impression
Suzannah Butcher is a gem with grit…a whip-smart, wide-eyed truth-teller with a mischievous glint and a dangerously good sense of timing. She doesn’t just perform. She confessed. Loudly. Hilariously. And without a filter in sight.
I’ll never think her husband’s penis in the same way.
