Loved this show! It’s a tour-de-force solo performance - hilariously raw and deeply moving in equal measure. With razor-sharp British wit and fearless vulnerability, Suzannah Butcher nails every comedic beat with authenticity and precision. Her performance feels both intimate and epic - a true masterclass in solo theatre, packed wall-to-wall with laughter for parents and non-parents alike....

Hysterical and Honest Comedy
From the moment Suz steps on stage, you can’t help but smile—you just know you’re in for a ride. She’s honest, charismatic, and effortlessly hilarious, with impressions so sharp and timing so flawless, you’d think she’s been doing stand-up for decades. Her reflections on motherhood are both heartfelt and hysterical—deeply relatable whether you’re a parent or not. She’s everywhere at once: on the floor, in character, switching voices with ease, and so alive in her storytelling that you forget she’s performing solo. She commands the space with dimension, depth, and pure joy. I absolutely loved the show and feel honored to have witnessed a talent this electric. Can’t wait to see where she goes from here.

“More Joy: A Mumoir” is hilarious, honest, and totally heartwarming. I laughed out loud, teared up at moments, and left feeling lighter and more connected. It’s raw, real, and a total joy to watch! A must see! ...

Suz is one of the most charming performers (and people) I've ever come across. The show on the surface is about being a mom, but at it's core it is so more than that. As a childless 30 year old, I still found so much to relate to. It left me feeling optimistic about growing older and continuing to find what make's life meaningful and worth living!!...

Where to begin: this show taps into motherhood with the perfect touch. It’s real and relatable, and Suzannah delivers every joke with candor and charm in equal measure. I was literally nodding my head at everything—from her description of everyday parenting blunders to her postpartum scrappy c@nt to her hilarious impressions of everyone from her doctor to her zany yoga teacher. You could wait to see this on television—as surely someone will be smart enough to produce it—but why not see it live and be able to say you did?...
