Geography of Rain

This was an incredible spoken word piece with poetry that felt honest and sincere. It’s intimate setting of a living room made me feel as though this artist was sharing a piece of herself with the audience, which given the intimate nature of her words, wasn’t far off. I was completely blown away by how captivating her performance was given that it was delivered from the comfort of a sofa chair. It is a testament to how moving each piece was and how the performer’s raw emotion was able to be channeled through her words, making the audience believe they’ve know her their entire life.
