Ell is a highly proficient, ambitious performer and showcases so many skills in this piece. Props, costume changes, and accents galore. I particularly loved the use of masks in the show, and their effectiveness in creating distinct (and often genuinely quite scary) antagonists.
What I didn't like
The show exists almost in a category of one. I do not think that any audience member will have the same response to seeing it, and that is quite brilliant.
My overall impression
A zany, jam-packed, interactive clown show that oscillates dizzyingly between the sensitive and the silly. What’s not to love.
