What I liked

I really the show overall. There was a moment that really suck out to me. It was midway through the show and she was talking about missing the person she once was. She said (paraphrasing) “I miss her, where did she go?” I really felt that.

Also, the moment when she talks about her sexual assault, I just wanted to run up and hug her to tell her she’s safe now. So many people, especially women, have stories like this. I applaud the courage to speak these truths/stories because (hopefully) it is one step closer to making it so we have less cases of such evil.

I loved that she engaged with the audience asking us what we are letting go of. Offering us white roses as a sign of us letting go.

What I didn't like

Nothing comes to mind.

My overall impression

I loved the message of embracing our inner #Messy. Life is messy, it’s not always perfect and striving for perfection sets us all up for failure/disappointment. I loved that Julia encouraged us all to be messy, do the best that you can do that given moments and it’s okay to not have it all figured out. It is okay to be #Messy.
