What I liked
Kami completely disappears into KAMI GIRL. I was blown away by her ability to devote herself fully to a character. Her physicality and rhythm is just brilliant. I LOVE THE WAY SHE LEANS! It’s stamped onto my heart for eternity!
What I didn't like
Kami has the voice of an angel. Every time she sang, my heart melted. It was so sensitive and divine. I’d love to hear her sing even a lil’ more! <3
My overall impression
This show was PURE JOY. So simple, easeful, and brilliantly executed. While watching Kami Girl, you can relax and feel like a kid again. We have so much trust in Kami as a performer to take care of us. She listens so deeply and has such a special gift of sensitivity that drives the play and sweetness in her work! Everyone in the audience was just HAPPY, smiling, and laughing.
