What I liked
The actors were great and were really delving into the complex feelings of being the survivors in this world. My favorite part was at the end when the audience really started participating and we all connected in this beautiful moment. We’re all in this together, as they say.
What I didn't like
I wish I had a list of the banned words, as I was listening to the actors I was trying to figure out which ones were banned and which ones weren’t. My only other note was even more opportunities for the audience to interact throughout, as I thought that was the most powerful moment of the show when we were all really part of the Meeting.
My overall impression
When a show that’s meant to be dystopian is a little too on the nose. A very unique concept that fits our extreme political circumstances. I thought the show had a lot of great acting and powerful emotion, and was a different sort of offering at Fringe. Also I really appreciated the coffee and donuts for such an intense kind of show!
