Loved reading this Lancashire really has such an underrated sporty vibe. I visited recently and totally get what you mean about the outdoor energy; it’s contagious! I actually got into home fitness during that trip and ended up improving my space back home with some glass extensions (found great inspiration on structural glazed extension https://gsl-commercialprojects.com/glass-extensions). Now my workout area feels like I’m outside even when it’s pouring rain very UK-proof! Anyway, thanks for sharing this, brought back some fun memories.
