What I liked

I really enjoyed the show! I loved the premise and the concept. I loved the specificity of the location and people. I loved the physicality that the actor, Skylar embodied when playing different characters, as well as the use of projection and lighting. It’s a very cool experience.

What I didn't like

I wish the monologues didnt happen entirely in past tense. I felt that the feeling of “this already happened” took away from the emotional stake present in every scene. I wish there was more stage time for Juniper. I wanted more of her “real-time” reaction to understanding her family history. I really liked the announcer character but I worry about that taking away from the emotional/tonal aspect of the monologues. I wonder if projections could be used to help with clarifying historical context? It was a great experience, and I want to see this show grow.

My overall impression

I loved it!! Very cool experience with great physical acting and production.
