About the Project
The Exit Interview is a genre-blending solo show from comedian and musician Kevin August. Transferred through six schools by seventh grade, Kevin maps his evolution as an ever-adapting new kid — shapeshifting to fit in, class clowning to stand out, and discovering who we become when we stop performing. Smart, surreal, and deeply human — comedy as catharsis, and a space to feel a little less alone.
