What I didn't like
I would watch this as a show or movie too, this was great and theres more to tell but quite frankly its perfect as is, im just open to more from this creator. With fringe theres alwaya the possibility of music or projections but this show is great in its streamlined form. One audience member mentioned they wanted a real toilet prop on stage for visual engagemenr that might have been engaging but Christina did a great job exactly as is!
My overall impression
Phenomenal show! Exceptional pacing and an engaging performance from an actor who shares both vulnerability and humor. From adolescent angst to wrestling with the chronic discomfort of a bladder condition to the mind games and torture of grappling with addictions, Christina shares with wry humor and graciousness a journey that has transformed her into a compassionate and poised human. This is in the top tier of fringe shows because it is truthful and well polished, authentic and truly inspiring. It will make you a better person for watching it, and you will laugh and feel along the way.
