Christina’s humor truly carried this piece with so much grace and humility. It can be easy for autobiographical work to seem self-indulgent and she soared over that trap with her honesty, self-awareness, and awesome character work to portray various people in her life, with hilarious references to grunge/emo nostalgia. I cried, I laughed, and I felt the blessing of being moved by a deeply personal piece as I left the theater, which prompted me to feel a sense of compassion and forgiveness for my own journey as well. A true artist gets the conversation going in their audience members and I found myself talking about things I NEVER talk about with others as I left the theater. What a beautiful gift this show is.
What I didn't like
I really don’t know what to put here! I felt it was paced well, performed well, written well, truly nothing took me out of the show.
