What I liked
Loved the simiplicity of the cabaret format. Very informative about the life of Sophie Tucker. Great performer Laural Meade and wonderful accompaniment from Fred Cassidy.
What I didn't like
this was a very polished piece of cabaret theater.
My overall impression
Entertaining, heartfelt, intriguing and titilating! Laural Meade takes you a on journey highlighting key moments and songs from Sophie Tucker’s life and work and manages to divulge her own personal discoveries along way. Heart strings were pulled! I loved it. Fred Cassidy sparkles on the piano and they had me in their palm the whole time. Great show! Don’t miss it!
