What I liked
The jingle bells and crowd interaction. Laural’s voice is incredible.
What I didn't like
I felt the acting could be improved at certain points when portraying Sophie, in song. But overall, Laural’s acting was truthful and smooth.
My overall impression
This is a wonderful cabaret and comedy with heart. Laural Meade’s own life stories intertwined with the true life stories of Sophie Tucker, is charming and vulnerable. Fred Cassidy is a wonderful pianist and his chemistry with the leading lady makes for a wonderful performance. Laural had lovely crowd engagement and an incredible voice. I highly recommend attending this cabaret!
