My overall impression

The Four Clowns shows never fail to entertain and move you in their comic explorations of the human condition. Thank you to Artistic Director, Jeremy Aluma and all the Four Clowns Company for bringing Me Rich You Learn to the Hollywood Fringe.

Me Rich You Learn is a amazing ride from power point beginning to zany end. Adam Carpenter and Zach Steel are accomplished actors both physically and emotionally. Adam is wiry, tall, and as Martin, oh, so timid until he let’s go. Zach is a coiled spring that is ready to explode. He woos the audience with his gentle come on to a female audience member. When he finally coaxes her to come on stage, I found myself saying, “No, no don’t go.” He does other things to audience members and Martin (Adam) as well. But no spoilers here.

You will laugh yourself hoarse. You will marvel at the actors dexterity and craft. It is soooo much fun. A shout out to director, Turner Munch. He has a fine directorial eye for graceful movement and savage combat. The fine tuning of each scene is in his deft hands and I, as an audience member, thank him for it.

So blah, blah, blah (red nose, honk, honk) DON’T MISS— ME RICH YOU LEARN. Just don’t tell the IRS you were there.
